Pregnant after IF

Snoogle? or Recommend your pg pillow

I have a small bump and I really should need one of these yet im sure but I CANNOT SLEEP! I feel like I am so uncomfortable and I always end up on my back which I am trying to teach myself not to do. I am exhausted from not sleeping that I will try anything so...

please recommend your pg pillow or any other tricks!

Re: Snoogle? or Recommend your pg pillow

  • I have this one.

It worked great in the beginning.  As my belly has grown, it doesn't offer the support I need.  Just last weekend I bought one of these and it's helped a lot.

  • I was using a boppy with a regular pillow between my legs,  but I have a lot of sciatica pain and it was hard to flip everything around when I rolled over so I bought the Leachco Back N Belly pillow.  It is a huge U shape so no matter how I roll I have pillows on all sides and it keeps me on my side too.  DH even likes it because he can sleep against the one side and still has enough space in a queen bed.   The only issue I have with it is the cover seam along the inside top of the U isn't snug to the pillow so it cuts into my shoulder if my arm is under the pillow...I think I may need to just cut the cover and sew in some softer fabric

  • I have the snoogle.  I liked it at first.  But now it makes me claustraphobic.  I sleep on the couch now and it helps me sleep so much better.  But DH hates it.

  • FYI, some Motherhood Maternity stores have a few in stock, too.  Just incase that's closer or something.  :)

And I have a Boppy one that is shaped like a candy cane... but there are a lot out there to choose from and I bet they are all pretty good!
  • I heard Costco has pregnancy pillows for $10 - IDK the brand, though.
