If you had bleeding after an internal

How long did it last? I had an internal yesterday like I have every week since 36 weeks and she warned me it could happen ( like they always do). I've never had bleeding after an internal though, even with DD I never did. But I have since yesterday, on & off. I'm not concerned, just wondering how long should I expect it to go on?

Mine lasted about a day. But he hit a capillary and I had a lot of bleeding at first and then spotting until the next afternoon.

It lasted 5 days for me after my L&D visit at 30 weeks. Then I didn't have any bleeding after my 36 and 37 week appointments. Then I've had brown spotting for the past couple days since my 38 week appointment (just about over, I think).

With my first internal I had a lot of bleeding and it lasted throughout the day and then I would randomly have old blood come out for probably the next two days.

I just had an internal this morning and I'm bleeding more than my one last week. They told it was all fine even though I had a big bloody clot too. I was not expecting that at all. Made me a little nervous but baby is doing all her normal squirming about.

I had quite a bit of bleeding the day of, spotting the next day, and random old blood the third day.
