Do Osh Kosh clothes run big, small, true to size?

I know DD has some Baby B'Gosh stuff, but I can't recall if it runs big, small or true to size? She runs kinda small herself being that she was only 4 lbs. 3 oz. @ birth & she is still in 0-3 months right now. I am going to buy some spring clothes & am trying to figure out what size(s) to buy. I'm thinking 3-6 months. WDYT?

    The pants are long on DS but the shirts fit fine, he is in the 50% for his height, so he isn't super short.
    A lot of years and a million tears finally led me to you.
    After 7 years trying to concieve, 3 failed IUIs and 2 failed IVFs, my third IVF was a success!
    My Christmas baby turned into a turkey bird! Dillon Richard was born at 34 weeks, 5 days on November 28, 2009 after 10 weeks on bedrest for preeclampsia.

    I've only bought some tops from there but they were true to size.

    We have/had some Osh Kosh tops but never pants. I found them to be true to size/a little bigger. Hayden had a few 12 month Osh Gosh shirts last summer and he wore them longer than other 12 month shirts because they were slightly bigger (but never big enough that I felt he needed a smaller size).

    My son only has 2 one-piece outfits from there, but they both seem pretty true to size.  He's on the small side and is wearing 6-9 months comfortably right now.

    It took 3 1/2 long years, but we finally got our little miracle!
    IVF #1 - BFP (6dt)
    Unassisted Pregnancy #2 - lost at 15w6d due to T21, severe heart defects, and fetal hydrops
