Sleep training = No morning shred...boo! My son was up for the majority of last night as was I so I had to catch an hour of sleep during my shred time. The new plan is to shred this evening when my DH gets home from work. I will be doing the modified version of L3 again...hey I noticed a bicep this morning when I was getting dressed...oh baby...bring on the spaghetti straps! I know some people have admitted to falling off the wagon lately...stay strong and try to jump back into it today...it's a new day and you will feel great after those 20 minutes. Maybe I'm kind of a sicko for saying it but I cannot wait to see how many sidewalking push ups I can do today!

OP, what's the sleep training situation? We had two non -sleeping babies and it's so hard, but I think I hated our attempts at sleep training even more, so we ended up being happier and feeling less guilty just waiting it out. I hope you all get some sleep soon!

I did Jillian's "Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism" DVD today instead of Shredding. Whew! It's 40ish minutes plus warmup and cool down, and has several of the same moves as 30DS (mountain climbers, butt kicks, jump ropes, punches) but some new kickboxing moves and standing ab exercises. It's 7 circuits, and each circuit goes through four different exercises, twice. I had to sit out a couple of exercises entirely but overall was pretty pleased with my ability to make it through a double-length Jillian workout! I've looked at some random "cardio" workout DVD's On Demand and they seem so slow and easy compared to Jillian (grapevine and step-touch??) so I give all of us a lot of credit for taking on a pretty intense workout regimen!
