Anyone BF with implants

With DD I wanted to but she had problems latching on so we went to formula.  This pregnancy I want to and was at o.b and she asked me if I was planning on nursing and I told her I was going to try again.  She told me I probably shouldn't because women with breast implants have a hard time because their ducts are stretched making it harder.  I never heard of this but has anyone had any experience good or bad with this???

    One of my close friends has implants and just weaned her 1 year old.....I think that's crap.

    I think it just depends, one person I know had good success and the other didn't.

    I have them and didn't produce much with either baby, but I think that's because I don't drink enough water, and I had c-sections, and after about a week, I always gave up. My friend has imlants and nursed for 6 months.

    I couldn't but it wasn't because of the implants. I have insufficient glandular tissue:

    It did not go well...obviously I will never know if that was the reason why, but my milk just never really came in. I fed and fed and pumped and pumped and only got about 6 oz total per day. I have to say that I will always wonder...
