BFing and Saunas

When I was pregnant my DH built a sauna in our basement and I couldn't use it because I was pregnant. Now that I am BFing do you think taking a sauna would totally mess-up my supply. It is really cold here today and a sauna sounds really nice.

    I go in the sauna at least once per week at our gym and haven't had any issues. I guess just don't stay in too long or get dehydrated.

    Thx dehydration was my major concern, now I am really excited to just relax
