Ebf and p90x...

I am usually a lurker on this board but was just curious if anyone has breast fed and done p90x....I am just worried that it will affect my supply. Just wanted to know what your experience was with it...TIA

I did it while I was BF and didn't notice a drop in supply. It wasn't my favorite workout ( I was 6 weeks pp) so I didn't stick with it.

I EBF and do P90x it has had no effect on my supply.

Nope, you'll be fine! Just make sure you continue to consume enough calories to maintain your supply.
