Pain when walking

Does anyone else feel like they are walking around after riding a horse?  I feel lots of pain in my pelvic region whenever I move!  I was dialated 1cm for 3 weeks and just yesterday was told I am now 2cm and thinning out.  I hope these are all good signs labor is just around the corner...I have BH whenever I am sitting at my desk, they go away when laying down for the most part but I still have some.  Tons of hip pain and back pain while sleeping.  This is baby #3 and I do not remember being this uncomfortable!  I am hoping to skip out on an induction and actually go into labor with this little guy!  What have been your experiences?

    This sounds EXACTLY like what I am experiencing as well. I'm 1.5 cm and 50% effaced as of last week's 37 week appt. I wasn't checked again yesterday so I have no idea if any more progress was made. It's very hard to walk, very hard to do just about anything without shooting pain at this point. : (

    Yup, same for me!  It hurts the most when I initially stand up from sitting or lying down, first because I always have a contraction when I start moving, and second because my ligaments and tendons down there just protest!  I asked my OB at my last appointment, and she said that it's just from the extra weight on my groin/inner thighs.  They're being pushed on and stretched to capacity right now.

    Same here except I explain it to people as "it feels like someone with a steel toed boot kicked me in the crotch as hard as they can!"
