". . . you're so feisty this time!" Ha! So says a coworker yesterday. I think it was just her way of calling me b!tchy, but whatever
Chalk it up to carrying a girl - chalk it up to being another year older and more tired and the mother of a 10 month old!
I'm also carrying much lower, and am having more traditional junk-food-type cravings than I did when pg with DS (cake, muffins, etc. - yum!) *I* say it's because every pregnancy is different, but others swear it's because I'm carrying a girl this time.
Do you "buy" that type of thing? What differences did you notice in your pregnancies that you're attributing to the sex of the baby?
Re: "You can tell you're having a girl because. . ."
After 7 years trying to concieve, 3 failed IUIs and 2 failed IVFs, my third IVF was a success!
My Christmas baby turned into a turkey bird! Dillon Richard was born at 34 weeks, 5 days on November 28, 2009 after 10 weeks on bedrest for preeclampsia.

I kind of believe in certain signs. All signs pointed to girl for me, even my dreams. Also, I was closely monitored by NST scans twice a week for the last handful of weeks - and the nurses said that girls tend to have higher heart rates than boys from what they see.
ETA - the Chinese gender predictor said boy though, lol
I always heard this heartbeat thing too. However my son was always in the 150's-170's so that kind of blew that out of the window for me. Chineese gender predictor also said a girl...another wrong one.
Ha! My belly was immediately below my chest (SUPER high) my entire pregnancy. DS didn't drop at all until about 2 minutes before I had him.
DS's heartrate was always 160-ish, and DD's this time is 130ish, so not true for us!
Oh, yeah, and I forgot -- ppl say my face is fatter this time (I mean, ahem, "filling out") because it's a girl!

The only differences I've noticed is having "all day" sickness and headaches well into my 2nd trimester. Also more tired this time (but I have a toddler now to chase around, so I'd probably be tired regardless).
I don't remember any differences in cravings this time. I feel like I'm carrying the same too.
