Was supposed to be induced tomorrow, but he opted to come on his own today.

Woke up this morning, started my day... water broke just after 7am. Headed to the hospital in the blizzard about an hour, hour and a half later.

Went from 4 to 9 in less than 20 minutes. No time for an epidural. Thank God for interthecals!

Delivered DS after 30 minutes of pushing.

9 lbs 1 oz, 21.5 inches. He's perfect. Super mellow, nursing like a champ.

I'm doing great. A little wired right now. So relieved he's nursing well, since DD was a real challenge. She is such a proud big sister!
