I'm just 4.5 weeks but interested in finding an effective workout that might help with the minor aches & pains & even delivery. Suggestions? I have two 4 year old girls at home, so I don't have a lot of time to spend watching a DVD so, I'm looking for something, no longer than, 30 min. I appreciate any help.

Are you already working out? I would stick to what you are already doing. If not, choose something that's lower impact (eg., not P90X or 30 day shred).
I don't do many exercise DVDs but I continued my normal exercise routines through the first 20 weeks, other than modifying some of my yoga.
