  Target, Walmart and Babies R Us are all good pleace to shop for baby items.  You can get some great deals on clothes at TJMaxx and Once Upon A Child. ETA: I buy my cloth diapers through cottonbabies.com and at Park and Vine

  For cloth diapers, you can go to Park and Vine (https://www.parkandvine.com/) downtown.  If you're looking for something specific, you could always email them in advance and they might be able to order it ahead of time for you.

  Also Buy Buy Baby just opened off of the Fields Ertel exit on 71.  They seem to have a good selection and you can use 20% off Bed Bath and Beyond coupons if they're not expired.  You can also sign up on the Buy Buy Baby site with your email address and they'll email you a coupon right away (FYI - I wouldn't sign up until a day or two before you need the coupon becuase there is an expiration date).
