We have a plan

Talked to my RE on the phone today (he lives 3 hrs away) and I basically told him that we've been ttc for 1 1/2 yrs and I've had the "wait and see" laid back attitude, and now I'm getting anxious. I want to try something else. He said that I'm young and healthy and can be conservative and do the least amount of stuff possible, yet be proactive at the same time.

With that said, he suggested an IUI. However since I have a hemorrhagic cyst, we will do a low dose medication so it won't make it worse. He's going to write up the game plan with instructions and fed ex it to me. Then when I'm ready I will get another baseline u/s and go from there. 

He didn't go into too much detail with the IUI so I'm hoping what he sends me is really thorough. I'm just excited to move forward.

    IVF with ICSI= BFP! EDD 11/25/11
    3/18- Beta #1 452! 3/20- Beta #2 1,026!! 3/27- First u/s- TWINS!
    Our twin boys arrived at 36w5d due to IUGR and a growth discordance

    FET: Medicated FET moved up to 5/23 due to ovulation

    Yay!!! A plan!   I'm glad to hear of this and the RE's attempt to FedEx you information.  When I get home I will PM you and tell you what I went through with IUI It's actually pretty simple!  Although, it will be interesting to see if you and DH will have to go there and stay overnight when it comes to the days you are doing the IUI. :)  Little Swimmers wouldn't last the 3 hour drive! hehe
