Valentine's Day Crafts?

What is your baby (or rather, you) doing for your DH for Valentine's Day? Last year we did prints of her feet in the shape of a heart, and DH LOVED it. I was trying to come up with a cute idea for this year, but I'm stuck. Any crafters out there who are willing to share their brilliant ideas?

We made heart pillows out of felt. I cut out hearts from felt and hot glued them together but left the top open. DD stuffed it with cotton balls to make it a "pillow." Then I glued the top together and we glued some smaller hearts cut out of different colored felt on the outside.

We are giving them out as Valentine's this year.
