My son is very friendly and outgoing, a real charmer - says hi and waves
to everybody. So my dad has said, many times and in all seriousness,
"I sure hope he doesn't become a politician."

That is funny!
Both my father and FIL have told me not to feed S or give him anything to drink unless he asks for it and "if he gets hungry enough he will learn to talk." Yeah, great way to teach a kid words, I'll get right on that!

Sounds like my FIL!!! LOL. Aaron is the same way. And he's a FLIRT! OMG, he's all about the girls.
I get a lot of "Girls are going to have to look out for you" (to him). He even blows kisses at everyone to say goodbye.
While grocery shopping an old lady says "You're going to be a big talker, because your mommy talks alot" WTH! All I was doing was educating her on the names of fruits & veggies as I picked them up.

This older lady at the grocery store looked at Margaux and said "What a beautiful outfit!" Then she looked at me and said "She must have gotten it from Grandma." I was wearing old jeans and a t-shirt.

A grown woman at Zoo Atlanta said, "Hey there stud!" to Jack this past weekend.
But hands down the weirdest thing I have heard anyone say was, "He's so cute, I want to date him."
This was from a 50 something year old woman.
Hey stud is funny but that's creepy.

From my 88 yr old grandma: "That baby doesn't look anything like you!"
Ummm... thanks? But she's 88, she can say whatever the heck she wants
@ fiazo - That is a very clever way to be rude. You should ahve told her where she could stick her jicama,
