Teething is my least favorite stage

I really hope this is teething becuase I have one pissed off baby. Nothing has made him happy for the last couple of days! He's fed, changed, tylenoled, burped and warm but he won't sleep even though he keeps rubbing his eyes. He hardly slept at daycare but of course he was fine there.

Why o why couldn't I have a kid that just breezed through teething?????

Do they make baby xanex? kidding....kinda.

    Have you tried Baby Orajel? It helps M a lot, and on extra fussy days it calms her long enough to fall asleep.

    I don't have much advice.  It stinks and I'm right there with you!  DS can't go for more than 5 minutes without crying lately.  He needs to be constantly entertained and it's wearing me out.

    So far he's happy if he's chewing on a frozen bagel... or frozen mango in a strainer thingy... or asleep.  That's it!  It stinks.   Try to remember that this is only a phase.  Sending you lots of "get teeth in quickly" dust!

    Yup, tried it and it just gets him more pissed at me.

    baby xanax = humphrey's teething tablets

     DH got them at walgreens, they're homeopathic.  Crush a few up in a half tsp of water ( I used a medicine syringe to draw it back up in) and apply to gums.   With the syringe I can usually aim at what seem to be her sore spots pretty well.  We've been doing that plus tylenol and it's made life bearable.  Those first few days of teeth breaking through were heartbreaking no matter what we did.

     Hope you both get some relief!
