I had a spider roll that was delishes. It had fried crap strips in it that made the end peices look like spiders. ( didn't want to wierd anyone out thinking about eating spiders.) It had some avacado and cucumber in it with spicy sauce. I would go back ther ein a heartbeat but it was pretty expensive,
I've had mostly raw (salmon and spicy tuna) this pregnancy, but I do like shrimp tempura rolls and sweet potato rolls.
"Hello, babies. Welcome to Earth. It's hot in the summer and cold in the winter. It's round and wet and crowded. At the outside, babies, you've got about a hundred years here. There's only one rule that I know of, babies. God damn it, you've got to be kind."
- Kurt Vonnegut
I just go to a reputable place and order whatever sounds good. I just try to stay away from the stuff with lots of mercury. I don't go often, but like everything else during pregnancy, I enjoy sushi in moderation.

Oh man, I'm so paranoid that somebody will see me buying the sushi at the store and give me the look or have a comment about what a bad mother I am that I haven't been able to bring myself to buy it. I want it so bad. Writing it down makes me feel silly, so I think tomorrow I'm going to go buy the damn cooked shrimp rolls that have been staring at me for 9 months. Thanks for posting this question!
Re: What are you favorite cooked sushi rolls you've safely eaten this pregnancy?
I had raw sushi too but my favorite cooked roll I guess is the dragon roll, but sometimes the eel is a little musky tasting for my liking.
I am allergic to shellfish though so I can't speak for any of the shrimp or crab.
I just go to a place I trust and eat what sounds good.
I've done it (and safely) two or three times this pregnancy, and DH and I are planning to go again.
Typical order: dynamite rolls, california rolls, spicy salmon rolls, dragon rolls, etc.
It's not really more of a risk than Subway. Just go easy or pass on the high mercury fish, like tuna, swordfish, and mackerel.

Well I've ate both raw & cooked sushi while pg.
But for cooked ones I like
spider roll and spicy california roll.
