Replacement High Chair Seat Cover

I am re-using DD's high chair from 2006. It's a Graco--purchased at Target.

It's an older style with the bigger plastic base on it. All plastic seat cover.

The problem is that the chair has since been recalled so Graco sells the recalled part--a little screw but no other accessories for the chair.

My plastic seat cover is thrashed. It sat in our garage for 2 years between kids and the AZ heat did a number on the plastic--made it a bit brittle and discolored. Wouldn't be a big deal but now there's a rip on the seat part and not only is that probably uncomfortable for DS but it's becoming a booger to clean. Water gets between the plastic lining and the actual print part and it's just becoming a pain.

Does anyone know of a place which sells just the replacement seat covers or do I need to invest in a new high chair?

I've checked CL, etc. and  I can probably find one for about $40.00 but I can also buy a new cheapy one at Walmart or Target for about that too.

It does seem like the high chairs now are much smaller and with much smaller trays--not a big deal but ours has the "snack tray" which is nice because I can clean that one and still have the other tray if he's still eating or needs to play for a bit while I clean up.

 Baby Depot carries cloth seats that are meant for wooden high chairs and they don't fit the big plastic seat.
