Have you been told by your OB whether artificial rupture of the membranes (breaking your water) is still possible? I really believe that breaking my water lead to part of the problems in my last birth so I really don't want it done this time. I do know though that most hospitals routinely break the water to speed up labours. Do they do this to VBAC mothers? TIA

My dr hasn't said anything about this. But my water breaking is the only thing my body did on its own last time. The only thing I have been told is that I can not be induced.
