prenatal exercise DVD?

Anyone have one they can recommend? I was going to try to keep running but with all the snow and freezing temperatures it's been hard. Plus I've been too tired to get up at 545 and overall I just haven't wanted to do it! I'm looking for something I can do at home instead and not too much arms, I'm still recovering from a torn rotator cuff.

    go to the library and see what they have...ours had a ton of great DVDs, try out a bunch

    I just got one from our library today actually! I just walked in and looked because I couldn't find them online to put on hold. I am a lazy library goer - I reserve online and wait for them to pull it for me ;)

    If you have netflix they have a prenatal yoga you can stream directly.  I have done it a few times now as I find that the stress I typically carry in my shoulders is worse now.  It's pretty good and I'm happy with the live stream.  They also have others you can get delivered but I have not tried any of those.
