Re: ??? Weekly Check-in ???
(1) What week are you in/how old is your LO? 9.5 months (well, nearly)
(2) How are you feeling? Any new milestones or news in the last week to share? We discovered that they can "real" crawl...when they want to. They're just not interested. Instead, they lazily army crawl until they get to something they can pull up on. I think they're just WAY more interested in walking than crawling. Go figure!
(3) Next appointment date? Any big ultrasounds/other exciting stuff coming up? March...something. Getting their tongue ties snipped! I'm surprisingly excited about this, which is possibly a wee bit flame-able. But I'm so excited about the thought of them being able to form more words and sounds more easily, to lick food away from over their teeth, even to stick their tongues out! I wish I'd manned up and insisted it happen before now.
(4) What's been your greatest BR challenge this past week? The heat.
I know it's not caused by them, but it's wreaking havoc with their night sleep. It's just insanely hot here right now, we have a 2-story house, and most Aussie homes aren't fully air conditioned (we have it downstairs in the living room, but not anywhere else). We have fans blowing on the boys in their cribs, but it's just not cutting it. Needless to say, putting A/C in before next summer has become a priority.
(5) Is there anything you've done with your LO that you didn't expect/plan to do (e.g., co-sleeping, CIO, etc.)? I didn't expect to have to let Will CIO. And before they were born, I was iffy about the whole pacifier thing (I don't know why exactly - just that my mother always frowned on them). But Will needed to learn to sleep on his own, and my boys looooooooooooooove to suck so they needed pacis (they only use them now at sleep time, but when they were newborns, a nearby paci was a necessity!).
(6) If your LO eats solids, what are their favorite foods (any recipes to share?)? Just about anything! Cheese is a massive favorite, as is shredded chicken. Any fruit, but they're partial to white nectarines, bananas and have just discovered oranges. When they were eating purees, sweet potato was the hands down favorite. For table food, they've especially loved spaghetti and meatballs, burrito casserole and chicken curry with rice. No recipes in particular - I never really got into the whole "make special meals for them" thing. Just a variety of purees until they were ready to eat table food.
(7) BF mamas who pump at work: how often do you pump? n/a - I stopped BFing before I returned to work.
(8) What other questions would you like to see in upcoming check-ins? What did you do/are you planning on doing for your LO's first birthday?
Be careful with too much citrus at once. Bella LOVES oranges but they gave her MASSIVE diaper rash!
....can I play too?
it's cai. decided to change my SN.
my EDD is aug 1!
(1) What week are you in/how old is your LO? 14wks, 2days
(2) How are you feeling? Any new milestones or news in the last week to share? feeling much better now. m/s went away about a month ago, so I'm a happy camper.
went to my monthly OB checkup yesterday and got to see Baby-O again. doctor made a guess as to the gender! but we'll see for sure at the anatomy scan
(3) Next appointment date? Any big ultrasounds/other exciting stuff coming up? initial anatomy scan (3D!) on Feb 24.
(4) What's been your greatest BR challenge this past week? fitting in to my pants. I've been wearing my jeans unbuttoned with the little rubber band loop for a while... but now I'm having to unzip them when I sit. boo. so I finally went an bought a bunch of yoga pants at Old Navy which I am wearing to work alllllllll the time.
(1) What week are you in/how old is your LO? Sunday will be 5 months! (where does the time go?)
(2) How are you feeling? Any new milestones or news in the last week to share? nothing new...she's a complete roll-y poly & rolls all over the place. she loves to be in "happy baby" pose holding her feet (on the rare occasion that she is not on her tummy)
(3) Next appointment date? Any big ultrasounds/other exciting stuff coming up? We have to schedule a shots only visit for this week or maybe next. Her 4-month check up was last Friday but she had a cold so we are waiting for it to completely clear up to get her shots (we are already a month behind so this definitely isn't helping!)
(4) What's been your greatest BR challenge this past week? Grandparents! It really wasn't their fault but DH's parents stayed with LO on Monday since she still really wasn't feeling 100% & they were off of work. Problem - they didn't make her take a nap. She slept for maybe 20 minutes the entire 8 hours they had her. When I got home at 5:30, she was a complete beast. She was soooo miserably tired. She fussed and cried through out her bath and little massage (which she normally loves). We had to skip her bedtime book b/c she was just inconsolable..she wouldn't nurse, nothing...just fuss. So we put her down & she screamed even more. Just awful. We ended up having to hold her and rock her for hours. She finally slept in her bed from 11 -3 & then was up and fussy again. Awful, but thankfully, yesterday we got her back on her normal schedule and she was the wonderful, happy girl I know last night & she happily slept all night! yay!! We really don't have a strict time schedule but we try to follow the same basic things every day (especially the need for a nap or two!!)
(6) If your LO eats solids, what are their favorite foods (any recipes to share?)? no solids yet, but this weekend we will give her cereal for the first time! Dr said it is time to get her ready to eat real food at 6 months! I see some messy mornings in my future!
(7) BF mamas who pump at work: how often do you pump? I pump 4x each weekday. 1st after her 1st morning feeding (around 5: 30am - 6am). 2nd - on the way to work (I've got the car adapter for my pump & the Medela hands free bustier for me) (around 8am). 3rd around 11am - 12pm. 4th time around 3 - 3:30pm. I get home at 5:30 & feed LO.
1) What week are you in/how old is your LO? 31w2d
(2) How are you feeling? Any new milestones or news in the last week to share? I'm starting to just feel crappy all the time now because I just feel uncomfortable. I feel weak, but yet I feel so heavy if that makes any sense. I can't sleep now and breathing has become quite challenging. Ugh, now my whinny personality is going to start coming through
(3) Next appointment date? Any big ultrasounds/other exciting stuff coming up? I go for my bi-monthly appointment tomorrow. Nothing exciting, which is a good thing
(4) What's been your greatest BR challenge this past week? Feeling normal and wanting to do anything. We still have a lot of work to do on the nursery and I just don't want to anymore, I feel so bad even saying that.
(7) BF mamas who pump at work: how often do you pump? I'm looking forward to hearing these answers because I will hopefully be breastfeeding and I'm sure I will need to be pumping at work myself.

| Family of 5 - October 24, 2012 |
10.5 months
(3) Next appointment date? Any big ultrasounds/other exciting stuff coming up?
As far as exciting stuff...I'm planning Ryan's first Birthday party at the zoo. We have a membership and love being there. We rented out our favorite spot for the party that looks over the buff cheek gibbons.
(4) What's been your greatest BR challenge this past week?
Ryan and I have both been sick, him with a bad cold and me with the flu. Knock on wood, we may have managed to get through this without giving it to each other!
(6) If your LO eats solids, what are their favorite foods (any recipes to share?)?
Avocado! My little man is a pretty good eater most of the time though.
(1) What week are you in/how old is your LO? 6 months
(2) How are you feeling? Any new milestones or news in the last week to share? He's been sitting unassisted for a while now, but we're finally starting to feel a little more comfortable leaving him that way without someone sitting right there to catch him if he tips over. He still does tip over sometimes, but it's slower and gentler....he catches himself better.
(3) Next appointment date? Any big ultrasounds/other exciting stuff coming up? Feb. 21st for a flu shot booster
(4) What's been your greatest BR challenge this past week? Cabin fever! I'm dying to go for a walk with him. But it's not going to happen for a long time after the 17 inches of snow we got last night.
(5) Is there anything you've done with your LO that you didn't expect/plan to do (e.g., co-sleeping, CIO, etc.)? I didn't expect to still be co-sleeping (just in the mornings). I thought that would only be for the first 2 months or so. Like Lisa, I also wasn't sure about pacifiers before he was born, but he loooooves to suck! :P
(6) If your LO eats solids, what are their favorite foods (any recipes to share?)? He's still just on purees, but he definitely prefers veggies to fruits, and his favorites are sweet potatoes, peas, and avocado.
(8) What other questions would you like to see in upcoming check-ins? Working mamas - what's the morning routine at your house?
1) What week are you in/how old is your LO? 28 weeks
(2) How are you feeling? Any new milestones or news in the last week to share? Still feeling great. I'm waiting for the dreaded 3rd trimester ickies.
(3) Next appointment date? Any big ultrasounds/other exciting stuff coming up? I have a high risk appointment today (not looking forward to the GTT) and an US next week.
(4) What's been your greatest BR challenge this past week? One of my good friends was hospitalized after her anatomy scan on Friday. She is in PTL with possible chorio and will have to be on strict bedrest for what looks like the rest of the pregnancy. It's been hard watching her go through it, and it's hard to know how best to help her.
{planning bio} {married bio} {baby blog}
(2) How are you feeling? Any new milestones or news in the last week to share? J got his first "big boy shoes" I got him shoes with real soles, rather than Robeez or Pedipeds since he will be walking outside on our upcoming vacation. He still wears soft soles to daycare but is doing really well with the first walkers (Stride Rite) too.
(3) Next appointment date? Any big ultrasounds/other exciting stuff coming up? getting ready for J's small bday party at our house NEXT weekend, then a trip to Disneyland for his actual birthday with our parents/sisters/niece the week after.
(4) What's been your greatest BR challenge this past week? no challenges
(5) Is there anything you've done with your LO that you didn't expect/plan to do (e.g., co-sleeping, CIO, etc.)? not that I can think of. I guess I didn't know anything about early potty usage but look into pretty early on (back when I was still at home on mat leave). Also, I considered coming back to work 4 days a week but didn't pursue it once the time came.
(6) If your LO eats solids, what are their favorite foods (any recipes to share?)? he just eats what we eat. Faves include grilled cheese (I change it up with artisan and local cheeses), anything with (homemade) tomato sauce, greek yogurt, and apples.(7) BF mamas who pump at work: how often do you pump? until a month ago I pumped 2 times a day. Now I just do it once a day. Will stop pumping during the day when he's 1. I never washed parts in between, I just put them in a (purchased) bread bag (boxes by the ziplocks but cheaper) and put everything in the fridge.
(2) How are you feeling? Any new milestones or news in the last week to share? She started walking! She's still a little nervous about walking all of the time. But she's doing it more and more each day and she loves getting cheered on! Grayson is moving like crazy! I'm still nesting like a crazy woman too except my energy level quickly drains!(3) Next appointment date? Any big ultrasounds/other exciting stuff coming up? .Bella just went for her 18 month and she weighed 21 lbs and was 31 inches long. She's growing so fast but still such a stringbean! I was scheduled for an appt today but the office closed because the weather here is terrible! I'm talking 18 inches of snow in our driveway! It's insane. Anyhow, they said to call tomorrow and I could reschedule for tomorrow or Friday but I work both days so it'll have to be next week.. It was just a normal OB checkup. (4) What's been your greatest BR challenge this past week? Bella is still night waking every once in awhile. It's not EVERY night but it's often enough. Like 1/2 of the week she wakes up once or more at night. I think it's a milestone thing, since's she's more mobile. I feel bad though and we've been going in to console her but I'm not sure if that's the right thing to do or not... I mean I don't want her to get used to us going in but at the same time, I feel bad leaving her to cry when she needs to be consoled... or I feel like she needs us to console her. Maybe I'm wrong! (5) Is there anything you've done with your LO that you didn't expect/plan to do (e.g., co-sleeping, CIO, etc.)? Co-sleeping, I said HELL NO to start and we did it for a long time. I'm not planning on doing that again but we'll see, it's hard when your exhausted and nursing and now I'll have a toddler too! Oh and we let Bella CIO but it HAD to be done and it was very effective for us, but it only lasted 3 days. I won't try that again with Grayson, we'll do exactly what we did with Bella and try EVERYTHING else first... some kids need it though!(6) If your LO eats solids, what are their favorite foods (any recipes to share?)? Just about anything! She's more picky with meat lately and has been picking it out of dishes and not eating it. We still offer it though. The pedi said they go through a picky stage when they are about her age and she's clearly in it! We continue to offer her a variety of food and give her more of whatever she decides to eat. (7) BF mamas who pump at work: how often do you pump? I pumped every 3 hours for a VERY long time! It helped me keep my supply up and I was able to produce enough milk for her. I'm so not looking forward to pumping again, it's so unnatural but at the same time I know it needs to be done if I want to be successful at nursing... I love BFing but HATE pumping!
(8) What other questions would you like to see in upcoming check-ins? I made a bunch of suggestions a few weeks ago and now I can't think of anything new!
(1) What week are you in/how old is your LO?
she's 14.5 months old
(2) How are you feeling? Any new milestones or news in the last week to share?
since i stopped pumping at work, my freezer stash is official wiped out now. so she is now on 100% cow's milk when i am working. but, it looks like my supply seems to be ok even though i'm no longer pumping at work
she learned how to stack cups together. she still doesn't get it all the time - that the smaller one goes inside the bigger one - but she does sometimes
doing great w/the EC/potty training - no poopy diapers since she learned to say poo poo. she doesn't mind being in a wet diaper though so not sure how we'll get her to stop wetting herself
new words this week - cup, gobble gobble, amen, yogurt, bird, airplane, grandpa, birthday and peez (please)
(3) Next appointment date? Any big ultrasounds/other exciting stuff coming up?
annual ob appt next week, her 15 month check up in 2 wks
(4) What's been your greatest BR challenge this past week?
nothing really
(5) Is there anything you've done with your LO that you didn't expect/plan to do (e.g., co-sleeping, CIO, etc.)?
I had to let her CIO to some extent. she was always great about falling asleep while she was sleepy but awake but once separation anxiety set in, it was a whole 'nother ball game and nothing else would work. luckily she never cried more than 15 minutes.
also never thought we'd do EC - not b/c i was against it but I never knew about it until after she was born. I love it and I'm so glad we do it - I hate poopy diapers LOL
(6) If your LO eats solids, what are their favorite foods (any recipes to share?)?
i don't have any real recipes, she eats almost exclusively finger foods but not a lot of "cooked" meals. she loves chickpeas, black beans, chicken, pork, beef, apples, bananas, avocados, tomatoes, grapes, cheese, yogurt
the only real recipe she's had is the vegetarian curry that Lisa posted below - and she wouldn't eat it from a spoon, only if i used some tortilla to scoop it up! but she liked it
I tried to get her to eat pasta w/tomato sauce or cheese sauce but she wouldn't.
(7) BF mamas who pump at work: how often do you pump?
when i was still pumping i'd pump 3x per day. once mid morning around 10am, once at lunch around 1pm, and again in the afternoon around 4pm

My Food Blog - Good Eats 'n Sweet Treats
(1) What week are you in/how old is your LO?
One year and one week old
(2) How are you feeling? Any new milestones or news in the last week to share?
Libby is walking more and more although if she wants to get to something quickly she'll drop to all fours and crawl still. We've also started letting her use color crayons and she loves it! We color together at least once a day now.
(3) Next appointment date? Any big ultrasounds/other exciting stuff coming up?
We were supposed to have her smash cake photos this Saturday but with this crazy weather we might have to reschedule. This area is not used to getting this much snow and the city has virtually shut down.
(4) What's been your greatest BR challenge this past week?
Teething...her molars are coming in and she's been very cranky and in lots of pain.
(5) Is there anything you've done with your LO that you didn't expect/plan to do (e.g., co-sleeping, CIO, etc.)?
Where do I start? Bedsharing for nearly a year and then letting her CIO she could transition to her crib just two weeks shy of her first birthday. Also, BFing past one year...we shall see if/when we wean, but right now I have no plans for it.
(6) If your LO eats solids, what are their favorite foods (any recipes to share?)?
We just give her whatever we're eating. She LOVES mushrooms in any form...steamed broccoli, roasted sweet potatoes, smashed potatoes, sauteed spinach, roasted or steamed carrots. She devours any sort of noodles/pasta (we mainly do brown rice or quinoa pasta), graham or animal crackers, yogurt (we do plain) with fruit mixed in (bananas, blueberries, pears, applesauce...whatever we have on hand). She's not a big fan of meat but will eat amll amounts of ground beef in three bean chili, turkey meatballs and shredded chicken. She also likes cheese...
(7) BF mamas who pump at work: how often do you pump?
I've always only pumped once a day because I go home at lunchtime to nurse her. I work 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. so I usually nurse her before I head out (we'll nurse between 5:30-6:30 a.m.) and then pump between 9-10:30 a.m. and then see her for lunch around 11:30/Noon and then back to work until 3:30 p.m. As soon as I get home she nurses again. On days when I've had all-day meetings (usually 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.) I've pumped 2-3 times.
(8) What other questions would you like to see in upcoming check-ins?
TTCers: Which cycle are you on? Where in the cycle are you? What, if anything, are you doing/trying for TTC success?
Waiting for PPAF #2...I am guessing anyday now, but really have no idea if/when it'll come. Just charting CM on FF.
TTC/PG Blog | Mommy Blog
(1) What week are you in/how old is your LO? 8 months tomorrow
(2) How are you feeling? Any new milestones or news in the last week to share? he is now crawling on all fours all the time instead of going back and fourth between army crawling and real crawling. He now thinks crawling is just a way to get over to something to pull up. He now stands in his crib when he wakes which makes it harder to get him back to sleep during the night.
(3) Next appointment date? Any big ultrasounds/other exciting stuff coming up? 9 mon appt next month. I took him to the dr last week b/c we was fussy and pulling his ears and when they listened to him breath he was wheezing a little so they tested him for RSV (they said it is going around). But thank goodness the only thing they found was excess ear wax..soo glad that he didn't have another ear infection. Said the ear pulling may be due to teething pain
(4) What's been your greatest BR challenge this past week? him pulling up b/c he thinks he is good and will let go so I go diving to make sure he doesn't hit anything. Now that he is super mobile it takes 2 people to change his diaper. Since he was in our room we had to forgo a changing table b/c we barely had room to fit a small lingerie chest that we used as his dresser so we change him on our bed and the lil terd rolls over and takes off smearing poop everywhere. Needless to say I have got good at putting diapers on backwards and wiping him on the move
(5) Is there anything you've done with your LO that you didn't expect/plan to do (e.g., co-sleeping, CIO, etc.)? co sleep as much as we do
(6) If your LO eats solids, what are their favorite foods (any recipes to share?)? just starting finger foods but any fruit, sweet potatoes, and the gerber mini cheeder crunchies are his favorites right now
(7) BF mamas who pump at work: how often do you pump? Before he weaned hisself i was pumping 2x at work and once before bed. I think I wasn't doing it enough to maintain my supply so I think that is why he decided that he didn't want to nurse was b/c my milk was so low.
(1) What week are you in/how old is your LO? 14 months, 3 wks
(2) How are you feeling? Any new milestones or news in the last week to share? I'm waiting to hear the results of my HIDA scan last week, but LB has been fine. We're really getting to thepoint of reaching both mine and MH's patience level with his less than stellar bedtime reactions lately, so last night I brought him to bed and let him CIO while I was laying there next to him (granted he was sitting or crawling on me for most of it). Took 45-50 minutes until he fell asleep - the crying seemed to get worse if I touched him or said anything. So we'll try again tonight. Hopefully it will go better, but twice in the last week he's been up past 12:30am!
PS I started weight watchers last week and am down 3.4 lbs!
(3) Next appointment date? He has his 15 month checkup in a few weeks.
(4) What's been your greatest BR challenge this past week? bedtime and naptime
(5) Is there anything you've done with your LO that you didn't expect/plan to do (e.g., co-sleeping, CIO, etc.)? yes yes - cosleeping/bedsharing, I was also planning on BFing, but it didn't work out for us.
(6) If your LO eats solids, what are their favorite foods (any recipes to share?)? I didn't make anything special for him either, but he loves avocado, pasta, cereal bars, applesauce (I feed it to him) - he goes in spurts where he really likes something and then he won't be interested in it next time. Frustrating!
Congrats! WW is great, a few years ago I lost 23 pounds. It's definitely the way to go if you want to permanently lose weight and be healthy. I want to go back to meetings at some point. Good luck!
oh yes! esp frustrating when she LOVES something and we run out so the next time I go to the store I stock up and then she wants nothing to do w/it! I wouldn't mind if it was something non-perishable like pasta but when it's fruits/veggies it sucks! (granted, we can eat what she doesn't, but it's still frustrating LOL)
oh and congrats on the weight loss too

My Food Blog - Good Eats 'n Sweet Treats
Yeah, I'd read this online so I've been limiting their intake and slowly allowing them to have more...so far so good (they're up to half a small orange each), but we'll see how it goes!
Oh did you make it? What did you think? I really like it, but it's too hot to eat it right now...I have to wait for winter.
Way to go!! After this little guy is born I plan to walk and exercise more because I want to be back to my "old" self and feel better about myself. This pregnancy is SO uncomfortable and I'll be glad to semi have my body back.
(1) What week are you in/how old is your LO? 12 weeks
(2) How are you feeling? Any new milestones or news in the last week to share? Was feeling discouraged earlier this week (sleep issues, D&C - see below), but today, feeling pretty good. E's started grabbing at things, and this morning, we took turns laughing - it was super cute! Follow-up appt with his surgeon went well - yay.
(3) Next appointment date? Any big ultrasounds/other exciting stuff coming up? E's next appt is at 4 month. My pp bleeding never really stopped, so I went in for an ultrasound and bloodwork the other week. Let's just say - ultrasounds are a lot less fun when it's the dildo cam, and there's no baby to look at!
There's something calcified in there, but my HCG is at 0, so it's not retained placenta. Am scheduled for a D&C later this month, but I'm hoping against hope my body will get rid of it naturally (though it's unlikely at this point). sigh. and hopefully that's the last of our post-delivery issues...
(4) What's been your greatest BR challenge this past week? Wacky sleep - E's been all over the board in his sleep these days. He still eats about every 3 hours during the day, but may sleep anywhere from not at all, to 2 hours between feeding. He even napped 3 hours yesterday morning, and I didn't wake him to eat, since he hasn't been sleeping enough. Also, dealt with a lot of emotions in accepting that I need a D&C - just one more thing to add to our long list of complications.
(5) Is there anything you've done with your LO that you didn't expect/plan to do (e.g., co-sleeping, CIO, etc.)? I wasn't sure if we would use a paci, but they gave him one in the NICU, and we've been using it for sleep ever since. E loves to suck! Nothing else I can think of yet, but given time, I'm sure there will be lots...
(7) BF mamas who pump at work: how often do you pump? I'm expecting to pump 3x/day at work, we'll see.
(8) What other questions would you like to see in upcoming check-ins? hrm, just brainstorming here - feel free to ignore the lame ones! - What's your favorite part of/item in LO's nursery? What do you love most, hate most (or miss most, miss least) about being PG? What's your favorite piece of baby gear? What's the next milestone you're most looking forward to experiencing? How old was LO when you first started leaving the house with him/her? Where did you go? What is the biggest surprise you've found about being PG/being a mom? (ie, what's most different from what you expected or imagined?) What's your favorite gift you've received for LO? (I asked this before, and I think we used it, but I don't remember any of the answers!) ...heh, that's all i can think of right now
that's an awesome idea!!
That IS a great idea!!!! We've got a zoo membership as well, you've got me thinking now, hmmmmmmm.......
thanks! i'm hoping this will stick!
thanks! I've been doing the same thing with the food - avocado isn't as big anymore, but I have a cabinet full of those gerber cheese puff things! LOL Now he wants the wagon wheels this week!
Mason loves those gerber cheese puffs. I will put him in his walker and give him one and he was wonder off as he is eating it then he will come back and ram me with his walker and grut so I give him another and this repeats for as long as I will give him one
(2) How are you feeling? Any new milestones or news in the last week to share?busy! but we finally found a daycare and today was his first day! we're only doing it once a week and so he did a half-day today because I wanted him to ease into it--and he did really well! he waves bye-bye now and says "buh buh!" and when he's being babysat at home (by grandmas), he'll go up to my computer chair (where I sit in all the time) and say "mama" when he's hungry.
(3) Next appointment date? Any big ultrasounds/other exciting stuff coming up?2 weeks
(4) What's been your greatest BR challenge this past week?naps! although just for the last 2 days, he's been getting better. i think it gets worse when he has a cold because he's so congested that he wakes up trying to breathe =/
(5) Is there anything you've done with your LO that you didn't expect/plan to do (e.g., co-sleeping, CIO, etc.)?co-sleeping and CIO...due to the napping situation (he would fuss/goof around from one feeding to the next one 3 hrs later and refuse to nap...and he went through the day with only two 15 min naps and he was exhausted) we finally decided that we had to let him CIO to at least get in more sleep because he needed it.
(6) If your LO eats solids, what are their favorite foods (any recipes to share?)? He loves all foods right now, except for the first time I made carrots, but I waited 2+ weeks, tried again and he loves it again. No recipes. I do make some from scratch, but it's all very basic--I steam the veggies for 30 min (or bake yams) for 45 min and put it in the blender with some bm. I pretty much stick to veggies for the most part (and fruits too) because I want him to grow up liking the flavor. We barely do any grains and we haven't started meats yet.
(7) BF mamas who pump at work: how often do you pump?Once/day. I nurse him before I leave for work (~9am), come home (or to daycare) to nurse him during lunch, pump ~3pm, nurse when I come home from work around 6pm.
I'm so glad they help! They were the ONLY thing that worked for me. I got sore spots in my mouth from the sheer acidity of the ultra sour ones that I had.
(1) What week are you in/how old is your LO?

(4) What's been your greatest BR challenge this past week?

(5) Is there anything you've done with your LO that you didn't expect/plan to do (e.g., co-sleeping, CIO, etc.)?
