Costco cupcakes question

I have never bought the cupcakes from Costco, do I need to place an order in advance or just go and buy them? I need about 40 if that makes a difference.

    I think you can do either. They always have some in the refrigerator case but you can also custom order them if you want a something special on them. They are SOOO yummy! We get their cakes for all of our special occasions.
