... does your LO have?

My LO has an average of 4. Even in the past 3 days he's not eatin much and he still has a small, med, and 2 Xlarge poo's. Where the heck does all of this come from?!

My friends baby poos ONCE every other day. Lucky her!

btw- for you mama's who use cd's, do you have a sprayer? Use a thin disposable liner? Or just dunk & swish?

Or are you lucky like my friend whose baby's poo just plops right off the diaper?

It sooo varies for us. He used to do only once a day (first thing in the morning), but then it's a big one. Lately he's been doing 2....one in the morning, one late afternoon, but he's been known to do up to 5 (little ones) on rare occasions.

We use flushable liners in the morning, when he's most likely to poo. If that doesn't catch all of it or if he poos later in the day, I dump most of it in the toilet, then take it down to the laundry room. We have a utility sink with a high-powered hose hooked up to it, and I spray it there. I bought a sprayer for the toilet, but I didn't realize that we have weird toilets that have low tanks that are flush to the wall. The sprayer won't hook up properly, so now I'm going to return it (we never even took it out of the package once we realized it won't work).

1-2 times a day when he's home with me, he goes when he wakes up like clock work.

He must be better at poo'ing into the toilet because when he's at school he often has 3 "bowel movement" changes PLUS the first of the day poo on the potty. But since we CD I have to look at them and they are a lot less than if he goes at home in the potty.

as for CDs - we have a diaper sprayer. I like it because usually the only ones I clean are the daycare ones and they roll them up so it spread everything out. I think if they would just fold it in 1/2 the poo would dry and it would plop, but instead it gets spread out. Oh well.

He poops a lot -- 3-4 times a day. When it's predictable, like the breakfast poop, I put him in a sposie. The rest of the time, I insert a liner (a sheet of cloth-like Viva paper towel). It catches most of the poop, but half the time I have to use the sprayer. His poop is mostly ploppable, but some tends to linger behind. This is way better than the first-solids poop, which was stewey and so gross -- nearly gave up CDing then!

He goes 3-4 times a day and at least 2 of those are huge ones that go up his back. We just use sposies so can't help with your other question.

Libby used to be once a day, but now that she's getting more solids it can be once every 2-3 days. Yesterday? 3 times including one a 2 a.m.! Ew.

We CD and just put poopy diapers in a 10 gallon bucket in the garage where our laundry machines are...we wash every other day. Her poops are not ploppable yet...still peanut-buttery. Totally TMI, but we are talking about poop here!

she poops about 3x/day. we do have a diaper sprayer and i'd say that about 80% of her poops now are ploppable and the other 20% i have to spray....that said, I rarely have to deal with poopy diapers anyway since we do EC.... the last few months i've had about 2 per month and for the last week and a half we've had none since she tells me when she has to poop

FWIW she has HUGE poops!! i swear they are often the same size as adult poops! totally makes me glad they are in the toilet and not in her diaper
