I started this yesterday and today I am dead. lol. I could probably power through it, but would you recommend a rest day for a newbie? My history is running 30 miles per week prior to pregnancy, but I'm having trouble since I cant take DD running in the snow

Since you're a runner and I'm sure you will want to start running again, I would do every other day. I also run and am back up to 18 miles a week but I do shred every other day. It is killer on my knees. Doing it everyday would really prevent me from running and I can't have that - I'm training to PR for a 10k race coming up. Try it every other day the first week and see how you feel.
