Prenatal yoga near Massapequa?

Hi!  I'm pretty new here.  We're going to be moving to Massapequa Park in December and I was wondering if anyone had recommendations for prenatal yoga classes or parenting classes.  I'm hoping to use these to meet other parents in the area and of course to be prepared! Any suggestions are appreciated!

    New Baby Belly on Broadway in Massapequa. Heather does prenatal yoga classes and she is amazing. I love taking the classes. I am hoping to get a few more classes in before delivering.

    I am taking the breastfeeding class on Tuesday. They have a girlfriends approach to explaining everything.

    I went to Inner Balance in Farmingdale with Nicole and she was amazing! I am going to keep going for regular yoga to get back in shape post baby. I also too a hypnobirthing course with her which was really helpful during my birth.

    Hi, I just joined this.  Where did you move? My husband and I moved in Nov 2009. Welcome to Mass park. Is this your first baby. It's our first.  We are really excited.  I might join the yoga classes.  We are due in August.

    Thanks for the responses!  Guess I should check this more often! : )  I ended up trying prenatal yoga at Om Tara on Broadway in Massapequa and liked it.  It's more of a birth prep class than yoga though so I'm planning on trying the prenatal yoga class at Baby Belly tonight.  It's our first baby and I'm alternately very excited and totally freaked out!
