I envision our 'tour guide' walking backwards saying "we''e walking we're walking. Stop!" as we walk down the hall. then the dr's and nurses sighing as another nerd group walks through, wide eyed and nervous.
haha it's not like that. You may feel a liiiiittle dorky, but it's not bad. It's nice to see the rooms at least, but everything seemed totally different to me when I had my daughter than what I remembered. (at least the layout of the place I mean)
I felt the same way. For some reason, though, there was no one around when we had our tour. It was really quiet. I was glad, cause I felt dumb enough already.
yeah I have a feeling I will def be the dork of the group because I plan on asking questions HAHA~ One of my friends took hers and she said out of like 8 couples she is the only one who asked things.
There were probably 8 couples on our hospital tour, so there were quite a few people. It was a good tour and a lot of questions were answered, but it also made me a lot more anxious seeing the hospital rooms/beds, thinking I was going to be laying there in a few short weeks.
At our childbirth class they scheduled the tour at a quiet time. There weren't really any patients in the rooms and the ones that were there had notice we were coming and just closed their door for privacy. It wasnt bad, we had a huge group and we all had the same questions so I thought that was helpful to have gone. Plus it was like 5-10 mins. and we were done.
