We went with the Chicco Keyfit in Romance, so we could use it again if our second child is a boy. I was torn between the Romance and the Keyfit in Red. I really think either one would work and could be used with another child.
Are you planning on having another baby? If you are, I would suggest something gender neutral - that way you could use it again. We bought the Graco travel system in Ben.

This. We wanted something that was fairly gender neutral and debated between the Romance and Fuego. We ended up going with the Romance and love it!
I agree that if you plan on having more kids to get something gender neutral. You will be kicking yourself later if you don't when you have to buy another car seat.
We have the Snugride (regular) in Platinum. It's just black and grey. We were team green both times, but even if I'd known what we were having I'd still have chosen something gender neural as I knew we wanted several kids.

Definitely Keyfit, it is #1 in safety we are deciding between the Bella pattern and the Vega pattern and will decide for sure after we find out the sex

I love the Zoey and Mirabella Snugrides, I registered for both until I decide which one I want...or until one gets purchased! They are both black/grey/bright pink.

You can buy a new cover for $50 for baby #2. I'm sure I will be tired of the pattern and it will be very worn/stained after one baby using it for a year.
Re: Which pattern for Graco Snugride 35 or Chicco Keyfit - Baby girl
We went with the Chicco Keyfit in Bella...
We got the Chicco in orange and I love it!
Ditto.

We registered for the graco snugride/metrolite stroller in the Zoey pattern. It is so perfect for a baby girl.

Good luck on whatever you end up choosing
