My Dear Canadian Friends

I know it extremely nice to share but I could really do without your Canadian artic air.  Luckily,  we are not getting a lot of ice and snow but I do not like the -35 wind chills.  My rose bushes were already putting on leaves and the daffodils were coming up. 

On a serious note,  Hope everyone is warm and safe! Happy Tuesday!

    Ditto - or it could at least be a cold beer instead!  Of course, we are no where close to thinking about daffodils yet here.

    Bummer that you're getting hit with all the weather now in the East and South!  It's been gorgeous here, sunny and in the high 40's every day so I've been taking S outside to play as much as possible cause I know it won't last!  That's one thing I don't miss about the east coast though...wind chill!  Storm

    Embarrassed Sorry about that!! Um, want a hot coffee or hot chocolate to warm up? It was about that cold when I started the car, it protested too! It warmed up immensely by this afternoon, to about 14, and supposed to be a balmy 35 tommorow (here, anyway). So those south of us should feel it soon!! That would be you Texas! Sorry Ohio, I heard the east is due for a blizzard in the next day or two!!

    In that case I'll give you ladies a Rickard's white with a wedge of orange!! Beer

    Thanks! The hot chocolate would be great. I am sitting by a nice warm fire watching T play. We should be out of the deep freeze by Friday. I will stop whining because those out east are getting much worse weather.

    Yeah, I can't complain either, I've been through worse winters than this. I wore my sandals (no socks....socks & sandals are dorky) until the middle of November! Yeah, that blizzard they're calling for sounds nasty...my parents are supposed to be flying from there to here (and then Hawaii grrr) on Thursday, I just hope their flight isn't grounded.
