It's been a while since we were in the thick of things, but from what I can remember, you're right. But if the rise started before you started the progesterone (like it did on our successful cycle), it could be real. Or, of course, it could be both real and from the progesterone. GL!!

Hey! I'm just curious what exactly that means. We are going to do and IUI in June but as of now I am tracking my ovulation. For the month of January I didn't ovulate so my blood work showed low progesterone. Did they put you on progesterone because you have already conceived? Just curious about that b/c i'm still not use to all this fertility talk. Good luck to you!
FutureMoms- My RE put me on progesterone after my most recent IUI as a preventative measure. Some early miscarriages occur b/c of low progesterone, so they give it to everyone! Not all REs will do this. I chart my cycle TCOYF-style and know that the rise in temperature when you're pregnant is because your body makes progesterone to sustain the pregnancy. My question was sort of silly This is our second IUI and I've yet to conceive.
