I've noticed over the last two weeks or so that I have a lot of trouble bending over to tie my shoes. I usually wear slip-ons, so it's not always an issue. But last night, I was putting on my sneakers (sitting on a chair, not standing and bending), and it HURT! Does anybody else have this issue? Any ideas or tips?

LOL
I have to make an admission here... I tried to bend over Sunday to pick up a bottle of water that found it's way to the floor, while down there i went to reach for something i saw under the sofa and wound up faceplanting on the hard wood floor.
My husband first said "did i just see what i thought i saw" as i sat there on the floor laughing at myself uncontrollably.
Center of gravity is well off balance, I don't recommend bending over
Baby #2 on the way!
I can still bend over, but it puts a lot of preasure on Baby Girl and she kicks me till I stand back up. Same for when I put on my shoes.
Plus my heartburn is so bad, I don't want to bend over at all!!
I can bend over but the vertigo makes me not want to do it.
That is a good tip. Thanks!
I've been struggling with putting pants on while getting dressed. I'm used to lifting my legs directly in front of me. I now have to lift them to the side and it makes me feel like a frog, lol.

This.
I tried to tie my shoes sitting on the floor after my dinner today.... Not such a good idea. DH had to help me up. Not to mention the fact that I sounded like a cow in labor just trying to get my shoes tied!
LOL!! Sorry hun, that's hilarious!
Haha same here! My center of balance is definitely off lately.
If you can't laugh at yourself.. what's the point?
This! Plus I hurt my back last week and for a few days I couldn't bend without a back spasm, so DH had to put my socks on. He is really bad at dressing people, and I am an adult who was cooperating and holding still. Can't wait to see how he does dressing a wiggly newborn!
