how often in a day does it happen to you? I get Braxton Hicks Contractions every day, several times a day, and have read that more than 4 an hour is cause for concern.
Just wondering how often you other ladies deal with the contractions.

I get a few every day, but not usually close together. They're always brought on by exercise or a lot of physical activity, such as walking across campus, and they usually go away pretty soon after I sit down and breathe.
Married to my best friend 6/5/10
BFP #1 9/7/10, EDD 5/14/11, Violet born 5/27/11.
BFP #2 4/9/12, EDD 12/16/12, M/C Rory 4/24/12.
BFP #3 10/6/12, EDD 6/16/12., Matilda born 6/17/13.
I get at least one every hour or two. Sometimes I get a few in an hour, so I lie down and guzzle some water and they usually stop.
My doc has been doing cervix checks every 2 weeks because mine seem to come more frequently than the normal person, but then again I also have 2 babies and a big fibroid that together make my uterus more of the size of someone in the 3rd tri.
Re: For those who are experiencing Braxton Hicks...
I get several a day as well. I did with my 1st pregnancy too.
I find that drinking more water helps.
i probably have them on avg of 3-5x a day.
i'm laying down on bedrest and drinking 80oz of water and still get them. but my doc says this is totally normal.
