Not to scare any first timers that haven't popped yet, but I'm day 4 postpartum and my boobs are like bowling balls on my chest. The same thing happened with my DS so I should've expected it, but it is AWFUL! Any repeat mommies have any suggestions? Everything just says feed as often as possible at least every 2-3 hours. Between my section pain, postpartum cramping (especially when I BF) and the watermelons I'm now carrying on my chest I'm on highway coo coo headed for a breakdown.
