Damn you pregnancy brain!

I just got a phone call from the manager at the apts we live in telling me that an Entergy man just turned off our power. I'm in Texas with my DH so she likes to call me occasionally to give me updates on things. I was like "WHAT?! Why?!" She then asked if I remembered to pay the bill last month. Well of course I didn't. Thank God she called to tell me because I'd be really upset when I got home this weekend and had no power. I just called to pay the bill and found out that not only did I not pay last month, this month is overdue. Fabulous. There goes $400. Boo.

    Wow - you suck! J.K. We have power - when the hell are you coming up here with that casserole!?!

    I just pretend bills don't happen anymore and let DH take care of it...

    Ha! I also took the tv remote in the shower with me a little while ago (no idea why) and ruined it. When I told my DH about it he laughed and I had a meltdown. It's days like these that make me happy I don't work lol.

    That sucks! At least it happened while you weren't around. This plus the m/s = bad news.

    Hahaha - I did this awhile back with our insurance bill. ?It is due a little later than everything else, so sometimes I don't pay it when I do online bill pay at the end of the month. ?When I went to do bill pay the next time ?and noticed that that amount due was higher, I was all ready to call them and find out why our rate was increased!

    ?Good thing I figured it out before I called. ?So embarrasing!
