7 months, standing in crib & waking over & over

anyone have any idea why my kid is waking up every hour? he learned how to stand so now I have to get him from his crib once he starts crying because I'm scared he'll fall & hit his head in there, bad balance. this just started tonight but last night was rough til 11 & the night before my mother babysat him & let him stay up from 10-12:30 when I got home. ridiculous, I know, I was annoyed & think that may be why??? I didn't think that one night would matter this much....

    DD was very wakeful when she first learned to stand in her crib. I think it was just to exciting. After about a week, she was doing much better and sleeping for longer stretches again. Hope it's just a phase for you too!
