Although I'm aware that the exercise machines are not 100% accurate, on the days you exercise (assuming the machines are accurate), do you eat what you burn that day?
I have a calorie "range" that I try to stay within every day. On the days that I don't work out, I eat towards the bottom and the days that I do I eat towards the top. Not mindfully, that's just usually the way that it works out. The body needs fuel so I try as much as possible to follow my hunger cues more than anything else.

Re: Exercise Calories: WDYD?
I eat when I'm hungry.
Weight Watchers has you eat half of the calories burned; if you're trying to lose weight, that's probably a reasonable strategy.

Before BFP I'd keep track on calories burned but usually wouldn't need to eat them.
Like PP said though- I eat when I'm hungry. I don't really worry if I've burned them off or not.
