You can do it with the moby wrap. Let me see if I can find a picture.
Edited: I can't find the picture. I did this with DD#1. I would wear a hands free pumping bra and then put DD in the Moby. The bottles would stick out the sides. Since the moby is stretchy you can get the fabric to do what you need it to do - meaning pull it back to put the flanges on, etc.
yes it does....cause i thought about doing it...lol! but i was already wearing a kid and didnt want to redo it all... and i also didnt want to hold the pumping stuff...
