  I am making the jump on Wednesday... although according to my u/s and the doctor I saw today, my new dates put me at 14w tomorrow. Hmm.... not sure which to go by!

  Yes! I got confirmation from my doctor yesterday that they aren't pushing my dates back because I had been measuring 6 days behind at my NT scan! So now its official! I'm in my second trimester! I told my friends that last night and they couldn't believe it had happened already!
