I teach Kindergarten, and today I had a student ask me:
"Mrs. B____, do you have any kids?"
I told her no (although they know this, but at 5 sometimes they forget).
Then she said "Well, why not? I think you should. You should have a baby. Like tomorrow." Oh if only it were that easy sweet little one!
It was also the 100th day of Kindergarten and all I can say is I am so glad today is over! We (me and all 26 of my kdgrs) partied ALL day and I am exhuasted!

I'm asked this often by my 1st graders.
Happy 100th Day. Ours is Feb 10th. You must be exhausted. Time for wien & bed.

I feel like kids of all ages talk about it to their teachers.
Last week alone I was asked by two students if I had kids, how long have I been married and if I plan to have kids and when.
They're always all up in your business!

I go by "Ms." since I still use my maiden name at work and my teaching partner (who has 2 daughters) goes by "Mrs.". I over heard a student tell others that "Mrs." means you have babies and "Ms." means you don't yet. Oh, if only it were THAT easy!
