Skin problems now???

is anyone else having bad skin breakouts now? i've been doing fairly well the past 34 weeks with nothing more than a zit here or there (which is normal for me) but now i'm starting to breakout on my neck and chest and my skin is just looking generally bad.  i know its winter so i've been using more lotion than normal, but its the same stuff i've BEEN using. what the french toast? also my lips have been really dry and are starting to look dark to me. what is happening?! its been 8 months and i can't figure out being pregnant yet.

    Me and it's on my chin and stuff, ick!  It's interesting though b/c in the first pics I have of myself with DS I had the same thing going on, so it obviously happened last time as well towards the end.
