Okay ladies!!! The votes are in, and it was very close! Our next book is:

Heart of the Matter 
by Emily Griffin

Anyone may pick up the book, read and be a part of this book club. All you need to do to be a part of this book club is pick up the book, read it on your own, and then meet us here when we discuss the book.

If you want to put the TTCAL Book Club icon in your siggy, please feel free to! That icon is for anyone and everyone. I will also link this post in my siggy on the icon in case you forget what the book is this month.

We will be discussing this book Sunday, February 27th at 9pm EST. I will be making a post at that time.

    I'm currently reading The Pact by Jodi Picoult. It's very good so far.

    We read The Help by Kathryn Stockett a few months back for the book club, that was VERY good!!

    Emily Giffin's other books are awesome, too--I would recommend reading Something Borrowed and Something Blue ---the movie comes out in May :)

    I just read The Pact a few weeks ago.  Loved it, but I love all of her books.

    I am so excited. I read Water for Elephants but had a surprise dinner guest last night and could not get on for the discussion. I am looking forward to the new book. Can you also tell me how to get the icon? Did I miss it somewhere? TIA!

    I am so sorry i missed the discussion last night--but i did read it over today!  it sounded like a great discussion!! 

    DH and i were in the middle of a scrabble game, and lost track of time!  we got very competitive!

    but i am definitely going to read February's book of the month too, and set all the alarms so i don't miss the next book discussion!!!

    Okay, thanks for the recs! I ordered The Pact - and then realized that unlike everyone else, I haven't already read Water For Elephants (but have heard great things) - so I ordered that as well.  Now, if I can only make myself read instead of watch tv....Stick out tongue

    I have that problem too!! I love to read and I have downloaded a couple of really great books for my kindle, but I also have this obessesion about cleaning out the dvr, so I have a hard time pulling myself away to read my books!

    Looking forward to the next book...I dont think I will be able to participate in the discussion but still plan on reading. Feb 27th is my EDD and I just dont think I will be up for it...who knows maybe my emotions will surprise me!
