phenylephrine and supply? Please help!

I've seen that pseuphedrine can decrease supply, but will phenylephrine do the same? I have a terrible cold and sinus headache......please help!

if you never had supply issues, taking it once or twice is not going to hurt!!

Try Afrin, less of it was get into your system since it's a nasal spray and it really works better.
