MFI question

Well we finally have a diagnosis of MFI.  They said that DH's body thinks that his sperm are in their words "invaders" and so his body is treating them like an infection and producing too many WBC.  This has caused him to have low count, motility and some are no as mature as they are supposed to.  We finally have a referral for him to go see a urologist so I am hoping they can help us out.  I have no idea what to think about this or where we go from here.  I think DH is also thinking that this is sort of like a death sentence for us and I am not sure how to assure him that its not.  Any advice about what to say to DH to bring his spirits up a little?
Trying To Conceive since November 2009
Dx: PCOS and MFI
IUI#1-4 all BFN
IVF#1 January (4R, 4M, 1F) BFP

    MFI can be a tough diagnosis, but it sounds like you have a cause that will hopefully yield a positive treatment plan. I know it's not easy, but the uro will be able to give you more information and hopefully that will help some.
