What's on the list this week?
Last week alot of my plan went out the window and I was putting stuff together last minute with whatever I had on hand and remembered to take out. This week I hope to stay a little more organized.
Su- Spaghetti & Meatballs with homemade rolls
M- Pork Adobo/ white rice
T- Peruvian soup
W- Beans/ tortillas
TH- Cajun pasta/ salad
F-Eat out
S- Pork chops/ mashed potato/ veggies

Tonight- leftovers/clean out the fridge
Monday- salmon cakes, roasted sweet potatoes, and salad
Tuesday- PW herb roasted whole chicken and skillet butternut squash and greens;
Wednesday- chicken pot pie and salad
Thursday- PW enchiladas (modified to make them primal)
Friday- leftovers, fend for yourself, or takeout
Saturday- date night
Sun - grilled whole chicken, baked potatoes, butter beans
Mon - use leftover chicken to make homemade chicken pot pie
Tues - leftovers
Wed and rest of week... based on grocery sales that start on Wed
Tonight: gumbo/rice, salad, rolls
Rest of the week (not sure what order):
- Veggie quesadillas with chips/guac
- Red beans and rice, salad, french bread
- Turkey sausage, broccoli, baked sweet potato fries, salad
- Breakfast dinner (pancakes, scrambled eggs, fruit salad)
- Homemade pizza, salad
- Tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwiches, fruit
- Tuna salad sandwiches, baked sweet potato fries, fruit
Monday: Provencial Stew
Tuesday: Curried vegetables over rice
Wednesday: Cantinas
Thursday: Fondue
Friday: Stir Fry
Saturday: Pasta with bolognese sauce
Su: Shredded chicken tacos
Mon: Pasta Fazool
Tues: Roasted Turkey Breast
Wed: Salmon Cakes and salad
Thurs: Grilled steaks
Friday: Giada's turkey tetrazzini

Tuesday- Chicken Pot Pie-PW recipe, brussel sprouts, strawberries
Wednesday- We eat at church
Thursday- Enchiladas, Black Beans, Pineapple
Friday- Pizza or Chinese Food Ordered in
Saturday- Crock Pot Ravioli, Caesar Salad, Garlic Bread
Sunday: Turkey Burgers, coucous, and salad
Mon: Steak, baked potato, and a veggie
Tues: eat out
Wed: stuffed shells
Thurs: grilled chicken, baked potato, and a vegetable
Friday: eat out
I usually only plan 3 big meals each week, and then we eat leftovers or pantry stuff (quesadillas, sandwiches, etc.) the other nights- plus we usually eat out one night. My 3 main meals are:
-Cheesy Italian Sausage Baked Ziti
-Pot Roast w/ carrots & potatoes
-Chicken Salad on Croissants with a Greek Orzo Salad.
