PiP: Gavin got to go see airplanes up close today
G is obsessed with planes - he can pick them out way easier when they're just tiny dots in the air. So today, MIL is flying home and DH and FIL took him to pick her up, and I guess they were watching from the observation area. He must have had so much fun seeing them up close:

When I was little, my mom worked nights. On the weekends, my Dad would take us to Dunkin Donuts and then drive out to the airport, at the end of the runways. We would sit in our VW van and eat breakfast and watch the planes land. We could run around and scream and play and no one cared. I still think of those mornings when I see D&D's.
