fenugreek/overeating?

I started taking Fenugreek about 4 days ago to increase my supply. I was so excited when I started noticing a huge difference, thinking DD would just nurse and be done when she was full (and then I could pump & freeze). Well she has been eating constantly all late morning/afternoon. She nurses, falls asleep, wakes up and immediately cries until she is put back on.

She was like this before the fenugreek but I attributed it to my much smaller supply (which is why I started the fenugreek in the first place!) Now I feel like she is overeating which I thought was impossible with bf'ing. She has been eating for hours!

Any thoughts?

    Could be a growth spurt.  There is usually one around 3 months or so.

    That's my thought, too. My DD just went through hers (a little early) last week. She was eating CONSTANTLY!
