I posted that the Bump was looking for Seattle birth stories for the Bump mag the other day, and I wrote in to see what they're looking for. It's actually a diary with 6 entries based on birth milestones (BFP, U/S, DDay, etc.) I love to write but am just debating about whether I should go for it or not. I'm sure they'll get plenty of people submitting, and my birth story isn't especially unique...I just can't decide. WWYD?

I don't know that it really matters that your story is unique or different in some significant way. I think what matters is how you tell the story!

You should! If you don't get picked you'll have it for yourself and your daughter! I would have loved to read my birth story from when I was born!
