to look at daycare options? we alrady have 1 in part-time daycare and will more than likely continue with that. But for DS we started looking around 4-5 months.
to schedule your birth/breastfeeding classes? never took a class but did a lot of reading. You should also talk to friends who have done this already and listen to them.
to plan your nursery out? I did that all throughout my first pregnancy---so fun! We just need to put the crib back up for #2 and clean the room out well. DS was in that room but moved to a big boy room now.
to think about baby wearing? I didn't give much thought before DS and wish I would have.
to decide on breastfeeding vs. formula vs. both options? Always good to read up and listen to all options as sometimes BFing just doesn't happen for various reasons. Invest in a good pump if you are going to return to the workplace though.
to plan for a natural birth or medicated birth? again, good to look at all options. For me this time around its VBAC vs Repeat c-section---so doing lots of research there.

to look at daycare options? I am on the waitlist for the daycare at my workplace. I'm hoping we won't have to look beyond that since my leave is 7 months, but I know we really need to find a backup plan as well.
to schedule your birth/breastfeeding classes? yes, already scheduled, they start in March.
to plan your nursery out? yes, bought the crib and assembled it last night!

My preference is a natural birth, only because I have pretty bad scoliosis and the thought of anything needing to be placed in my messed-up spinal area freaks me out. But if the pain totally kills me and the anesthesiologists swears they can do it, I may go for the meds...it's a game time decision. lol.
to look at daycare options? No. I will be a SAHM until we move back to MI within the next year or so.
to schedule your birth/breastfeeding classes? Yep, we scheduled them over the weekend, but they don't start until late March.
to plan your nursery out? We won't be having a dedicated "nursery" due to space, but we've ordered our crib and glider.

to look at daycare options? We are fortunate that my mom has agreed to watch LO through the 1st of the year. Still need to explore options for after she's done, but at least we have a few extra months!

to plan your nursery out? We've bought a crib and found fabrics for the bedding. Waiting to see if we're having a boy or girl, then we'll buy the fabric so my mom can make our bedding.

I'll know when to call it quits this time.
to plan for a natural birth or medicated birth? trying for a more natural birth this time. reading, taking a different style class this time, talking it out more with my DH and doula. my secret wish is to birth at home by myself, but i'm too practical for that so we're going to a hospital.
to look at daycare options? DD is at a babysitters 3 days a week and MIL 2 days hoping that DD can go to babysitters 4 days a week and Lo go 4 days a week and MIL watch 1 of them 1 day and the other on a different day.

Well this is # 2 for us so some of this is unnecessary, but...
to look at daycare options? We're going to switching from daycare to nanny, but not until the summer so haven't started yet.
to schedule your birth/breastfeeding classes? Not doing either (been pregnant bfore and I dont' "do" birth classes due to having a bad history and hearing/talking about labor and delivery is very traumatic for me)
to plan your nursery out? Nope. We don't do baby prep until after live healthy baby arrives.
to think about baby wearing? Will definitely do so. Have a Moby and ring sling from DS that we will use again, and a Bjorn for DH.

to look at daycare options? My sister has offered to provide childcare, but I still need to finalize my new PT schedule after I return from leave and make sure it will work with her schedule. I *thought* I had this figured out, but we're doing some staff changes at my clinic, so it's up in the air right now, which is a little stressful
to schedule your birth/breastfeeding classes? The classes at the hospital don't fit with my current work schedule at all. It's really annoying. We're going to have to do the condensed childbirth course over the weekend, and then I found a private childcare/breast feeding course that is actually cheaper than our hospital's. Haven't signed up yet, though- MH is trying to figure out if his insurance will pay anything for them.
to plan your nursery out? We have our paint and picked out our crib. We'll be using an heirloom rocker and my MIL got us a dresser/changing table, although it's in storage right now. I guess I'd say we have a plan, but the room is still a guest bedroom/storage right now.
to think about baby wearing? Yes! I know what carriers I'm interested in (I want to start with a Moby and a ring sling and then probably add in a mei tai), but I don't own any yet, and so haven't been able to play around and learn how they work.

to plan for a natural birth or medicated birth? I know I won't be using pain meds, unless I need a c-section, and would like minimal interventions. I've talked with our MW about this, so we have a rough birth plan in place. I'll probably want to put something in writing closer to the date- nothing overly specific, just a few preferences (like being asked before performing an intervention). We also want to use a doula and should probably get on that...
to look at daycare options? Got it all planned. DD is in daycare right now, so it's just a matter of adding another kiddo onto the bill!

We have selected a home daycare in our neighborhood and are set to have our little one go there when I return to work after 12 weeks of leave. We were so fortunate to find daycare so close to home and to find someone who is willing to be so flexible with my schedule (I'm a nurse).

Planning to attend a breastfeeding class in March sometime. Waiting to hear back from the perinatal education people on which day has openings still.

New carpet in, walls painted, blinds installed, crib/changing table/storage self assembled, crib bedding on the crib, rocking chair in place...Just waiting for DH to refinish the trim and doors so we can put that back up and then it's mainly just decorations/details to be finished.

Not sure if this is referring to me wearing the baby or what the baby will be wearing home from the hospital? For the first, I bought a sling from sevenslings.com and hope to use it; DH wants a baby bjorn. For the second one, my friend bought our little guy an outfit to wear home from the hospital.
