Wow thats alot. Was it refridgerated then you left it out and it got warm? or was it just pumped? I will leave out what I pump right before I go to bed over night for DD just incase she wakes and needs to eat. It will usually sit out 6-7 hrs and its still fine by morning. Dumping BM is always the hardest thing to do.
How long was it really out? BM can sit room temp for 8-10 hours. I did that the other night with 4 oz. and it was 9 hours. It still smelled just fine, so I kept it and there were no problems with it.
