I haven't been feeling so hot, which means I haven't been getting to the gym--but that doesn't mean we can't do a check-in for some encouragement all around!
So tell me:
-What have you been doing for exercise?

-What's an exercise accomplishment from the past week?
-What are your exercise goals for next week?

-What have you been doing for exercise? Walking when I can. Especially since we had a bit of a warm spring weekend.
-Has it been helping your m/s? So far, yes. But I've only gone on one walk this week, and it was like an hour ago.
-What's an exercise accomplishment from the past week? I went for a walk instead of laying on the couch (which is what I felt like doing).
-What are your exercise goals for next week? Get to the gym once for light weights, and walk every night after work with DH.
-Anything else? Pregnancy is kicking my previously-fit ass. I am in disbelief that I ran a half 3 weeks ago--I've felt pretty crappy since that week, so it felt great to get out and do *something* even if I don't have the energy to run.

-What's an exercise accomplishment from the past week? Umm... I really slacked off more than I wanted to
-What are your exercise goals for next week? Get out on a walk with the dogs at least twice in addition to my two days at the gym

-Has it been helping your m/s? No idea, haven't had m/s
-What's an exercise accomplishment from the past week? 4 days of weight lifting and a 30 minute walk - less cardio than I wanted but it was a busy week!
-What are your exercise goals for next week? Have at least 2 hours of cardio (swimming or walking)
-What have you been doing for exercise? I got the Wii Fit Plus for my birthday in December and have been using that, somewhat irregularly, but it's a start.

-What are your exercise goals for next week? 5 days at 30 minutes

-Has it been helping your m/s? My m/s hasn't been too bad

-What have you been doing for exercise? I have been going to gym almost everyday, but I finally have a good pregnancy routine that works for me - When I first found out I was doing my cardio for 30 min. By the time I was done I was too pooped to even stretch, let alone lift weights. Sometimes I was even dizzy.
Now I start with some pilates moves (old moves I got from the Winsor pilates videos), then I do light weights, and THEN I do my cardio. Sometimes I don't do a full 30 minutes, but the pilates can count as cardio too!
-Has it been helping your m/s? Doing my current routine DOES, my old routine made it worse!
-What's an exercise accomplishment from the past week? bringing pilates back into my routine. I also just ordered a prenatal pilates dvd!
-What are your exercise goals for next week? try to do a full 30-min of cardio 5 days/week
