Miscarriage/Pregnancy Loss

second miscarriage in a row

I am having my second miscarriage since November. I am so sad and devastated. Dr said he is going to refer me to a fertility specialist to start genetic testing. Both losses have been very early. Anyone have the same issue where both losses are  so early and  nothing ever seems to grow? Also, can someone remind me how to remove my ticker.

Honey...I am in that boat with you.  I had a D&C Monday with my second loss.  I have already been seeing the RE and we sent this pregnancy tissue off to the genetics testing lab.

I had one in September/October and it took me a while (end of Nov) for my hCG levels to recover.  That one never developed but grew just enough to keep messing with the levels...I ended up getting a Methotrexate injection and that resolved that.  AF came on Thanksgiving and with IUI I become pregnant around Dec6-7.  I was 8wks but measured 6wks with NO fetus.

We are doing the testing due to the lack of growth.  It will be interesting to see what happens with your case and we can talk!

    (hugs)

I'm so sorry for your losses.  I also had two in a row (one in June, one in November) although they were both missed miscarriages at about 8 1/2 weeks.  My first was unexplained (normal chromosomes) and my second was a fluke chromosomal abnormality (unbalanced translocation but my husband and I have normal chromosomes).  I hope you get some answers soon... I'm just hoping for better luck!

I am so verry sorry to hear of your loss. I have had two m/c's in a row myself. I go in this afternoon for a D&C. Both of my losses were early so I am also being referred to an RE. I dont have any advice but I hope it helps to know you aren't alone. I am in a similar situation as you. I hope we are both able to conceive and carry a healthy pg to term.
